FAQ
What is the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair means that the hair collected is virgin, healthy, and has no grays, split ends, or chemical processing at the time of collection. Virgin hair is fragile and should be processed differently than other hair extensions to keep the hair healthy and soft like it was while being collected. Processing of the virgin hair is most important, and a lot of companies tend to use harsh processing for faster production which shortens the life span of the hair extensions. Body Wave, Kinky Curly, Exotic Curly, Loose and Deep Wave, Spanish Wave are all examples of processed virgin hair.
Raw hair is sourced from a single donor's hair and undergoes a rigorous sanitizing process. Raw hair is not steamed to form a uniform hair pattern. No two bundles are identical when it comes to raw hair as each bundle comes from a single donor. Raw hair is exactly as the name applies; Raw, unprocessed, 100% human hair. Most donors are from India, Cambodia, Vietnam and Burma. Hair patterns from these donors don’t vary all that much so you won’t get those hot trendy styles like tight curly or body wave easily, if at all. Raw hair is usually available in 2 styles – Straight and natural wave or wavy. Raw hair is usually less silky and very slightly closer to coarser textures when compared to virgin hair. Raw hair can also be available in curly hair patterns.
I don't know my ring size, can I exchange jewelry if it does not fit?
No; please check and confirm ring sizes prior to ordering. Returns and exchanges are not allowed.
How long will my hair extensions last?
Each person will care for the hair differently. For Raw Hair, there are many factors to consider; products used, climate, water, how often hair is washed, heating tools, and of course how you individually care for the hair. However, considering the best proper care, the hair can last a minimum of 2yrs or longer.
Virgin Hair is expected to last approximately 9 months or more.
How much hair will I need?
Please see below the recommended quantities for our Raw Hair bundles.

- If you are purchasing lengths between 20″ & 30″, you will need three bundles.
